Refund policy
RefundHelp sells digital self-help document packs. The pack is generated after payment and is designed to help you put your cancellation, refund or unwanted-charge issue clearly in writing.
Because the product is digital and can be accessed immediately after payment, refunds are not normally available once the pack has been generated, accessed or downloaded.
No outcome-based refunds
RefundHelp does not guarantee that a gym, company, bank or other organisation will agree to a refund, cancellation, account correction or any other result.
We do not offer refunds simply because:
- the gym or company refuses your request;
- you do not get the result you wanted;
- you change your mind after accessing the pack;
- you decide not to use the generated wording;
- you expected RefundHelp to contact the gym or company for you.
When a refund may be considered
Refunds may be considered where there is a genuine issue with the purchase or delivery of the digital product, for example:
- you were charged twice by mistake;
- a technical issue prevented you from accessing the pack;
- RefundHelp failed to provide access to the digital product after payment;
- a refund is required by law.
If there is a technical issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include the email address used at checkout, the approximate purchase time and a short description of the problem.
Immediate access to digital content
By purchasing a RefundHelp pack, you request immediate access to the digital content after payment. Once the pack has been generated, accessed or downloaded, your right to cancel may be lost, except where a refund is required by law or where this policy says a refund may be considered.
Not legal advice
RefundHelp is not a solicitor, not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The packs provide self-help wording and practical guidance only. You are responsible for checking and editing the wording before sending it.
How to contact us
To ask about a purchase or report a technical issue, email [email protected].
Please include enough information for us to identify the payment and understand the issue. We may ask for screenshots or other details to help investigate technical problems.
