About RefundHelp
RefundHelp provides practical self-help information and digital document packs for UK consumers dealing with refund, cancellation and unwanted-charge issues.
RefundHelp is a trading name used by Michael Connolly, sole trader. You can find business and contact details on the Legal note page.
What you are buying
RefundHelp products are digital self-help document packs. Customers answer guided questions online and receive generated wording and practical guidance based on the answers given.
The Gym Cancellation & Refund Help Pack is designed to help you put your position clearly in writing when dealing with gym cancellation, refund, Direct Debit or unwanted-payment issues.

RefundHelp is not a solicitor, not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The website and packs provide general self-help information, template wording and practical guidance only.
If your issue is complex, urgent, high value, involves court action, debt collection, serious financial risk or legal uncertainty, you should consider getting advice from Citizens Advice, a solicitor or another qualified adviser.
No guaranteed outcome
RefundHelp does not guarantee that any gym, company, bank, card provider or other organisation will agree to a refund, cancellation, chargeback, account correction or any other outcome.
Outcomes depend on your circumstances, the evidence available, the contract terms, the company response and any relevant consumer or payment rules.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking all generated wording before sending it. You should make sure the wording is accurate, remove anything that does not apply, add any missing details and attach only evidence you are comfortable sharing.
You must not use RefundHelp to make false, misleading or exaggerated claims. You should not send anything you do not believe is accurate.
What RefundHelp does not do
RefundHelp does not act for you, contact gyms or companies on your behalf, negotiate disputes, submit complaints, provide legal representation or review your individual legal position.
The pack gives you wording and guidance to use yourself. You decide whether to send it, edit it or take any further action.
Digital access and refunds
RefundHelp products are digital products generated after payment. By purchasing a pack, you request immediate access to the digital content after payment.
Once a pack has been generated, accessed or downloaded, refunds are not normally available, except where there is a duplicate payment, a technical issue that prevents access, RefundHelp fails to provide the product, or a refund is required by law.
RefundHelp does not provide refunds simply because a gym or company refuses your request, because you do not get the result you wanted, or because you change your mind after accessing the pack.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. RefundHelp does not store your full card details.
Website availability and technical issues
RefundHelp aims to keep the website and document generator available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
If you pay for a pack and a technical issue prevents access, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Intellectual property
The RefundHelp website, wording, templates, page content, design and document pack structure belong to RefundHelp unless otherwise stated.
You may use a purchased pack for your own personal dispute or issue. You must not resell, copy, publish, upload, share commercially or create a competing product from RefundHelp content.
Privacy
RefundHelp uses the information you provide to generate your document pack and process your purchase. Please read the Privacy Policy for more information.
Changes to these terms
RefundHelp may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the version that applies when you use the website or buy a pack.
